OA MY WAY® Patient Engagement Program

This project demonstrates my ability to design and project manage a multifaceted patient engagement program while adhering to brand standards and regulatory requirements. The challenge was that patients undergoing joint replacement often lacked information and support, leading to confusion and potentially dropping out of treatment.
To address this, I worked to assist the client teams in designing the OA MY WAY® Patient Engagement Program.
This program included:
Creating educational materials (emails, folders, toolkits) to inform and motivate patients.
Developing tools (insurance cost toolkit) to address specific patient concerns.
Increasing engagement through events and branded patient engagement materials.
Managing project across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
